The engagement covered a full electrical system audit across three production floors at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Pune. Power quality analyzers were deployed at main incomers, distribution boards, and critical loads including HVAC, compressed air, and process equipment.
Compressor inefficiencies were identified through load profiling and leak detection. Power factor anomalies at secondary distribution boards were corrected through capacitor bank optimisation. Lighting overconsumption was addressed through targeted retrofit recommendations.
The audit delivered measurable annual savings of ₹18L, representing a 22% reduction in energy costs. All findings were documented per BEE reporting standards and presented on-site to plant management.
